announces a Partnership with Sullivan University

The Board of Directors
are pleased to announce that Sullivan University, headquarters in
Louisville KY, has selected Netsysco to provide entire learning tracks
in Red Hat & SuSE Linux and HP-UX, IBM-AIX, & SUN Solaris
Unix courseware. The courses will be accredited through the Southern
Associated of Colleges and Schools (SAC).

The Board of Directors
are pleased to announce that IntenseSchool, headquarters in Ft Lauderdale
FL, has selected Netsysco as a training partner providing several
Microsoft System Administration courses. The partnership also allows
significant increase to available sites for delivering Netsysco training.

Netsysco
announces a new President

The
Board of Directors are pleased to announce that Elaine G. Hoyt will
be the new Chairperson of the Board of Netsysco and the board is also
pleased to announce that Adam Mynarski, formerly Training Sales Manager,
will be Netsysco’s new President.

Netsysco’s philosophy
has traditionally been customer-based and focused. In welcoming Ms.
Hoyt and Mr. Mynarski in their new positions, the Board feels that
Netsysco will continue it’s traditional focus of offering clients
signature service which is the indisputable benchmark and the industry
standard.

In 1998, the Company
developed a unique training FastTrack that prepares the student for
the real-world of HP-UX System Administration. Today Netsysco offers
15 courses from beginning Unix through accelerated M/C ServiceGuard
in addition to its focus on Permanent & Temporary staffing and
consulting services.

Beginning in 2004,
Netsysco has moved it’s Recruiting and Consulting Services to our
new, expanded, facility in Houston Texas. Netsysco will also broaden
its recruiting services to include Healthcare IT and other operating
systems but maintains its primary focus on System Administration.
The Louisville, Kentucky facility will exclusively focus on training
and remain as Netsysco Corporate Worldwide Headquarters.

In 2nd Qtr 2004,
Netsysco added an additional 6 customized courses focusing on Microsoft
MCSE/SA, Enterprise Mission Critical Linux [Red Hat & SuSE] System
Administration and a IT Service Management course. The company is
also on schedule to release both IBM AIX System Administration and
SUN Solaris System Administration courses by the close of 2004.

Ms. Hoyt’s expansive
vision which will be shepherded by the aid of Mr. Mynarski and the
Netsysco team, is on the forefront of IT services and training. The
Board is very excited about this change; a change which will allow
Netsysco to continue setting the standard, while breaking new ground

Solved. As part of this partnership deal, Problem Solved signed an
agreement with Netsysco to provide facilities, support and marketing
to launch a custom training program tailored to Credit Union Companies
migrating from Summit MPE Technology to Summit HP-UX.
